Kirsten Agard is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, change management, and operational efficiency. With over a decade of experience leading large-scale teams and initiatives, she specializes in empowering nonprofits, local governments, credit unions, and small businesses to achieve sustainable growth.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Kirsten has successfully managed high-impact projects, including a $60B bank merger, streamlined complex operational workflows, and developed programs to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her expertise spans process optimization, financial sustainability strategies, community engagement, and leadership development.

Kirsten’s passion for community-building is evident in her work as Chairperson of the Beaverton Downtown Association, Board Member of Adelante Mujeres, and her extensive volunteer efforts. She holds a double major in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Oregon and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA. Kirsten brings a collaborative, results-driven approach to every project, ensuring clients receive customized solutions tailored to their unique challenges and opportunities.
